The important questions come first. Why does the problem exist? What information is missing? Where is the friction? What capability does the organization need in order to achieve a better outcome?

Technology becomes useful only after the underlying system is understood. My work begins by clarifying the problem, identifying the capability that is missing, and designing a practical path forward.
