For more than three decades, I have worked at the intersection of business, operations, and technology. My career has included enterprise leadership, information management, capital planning, healthcare operations, and artificial intelligence, but those disciplines have always been tools rather than the point.

I am drawn to problems that require more than a conventional answer. I look for the underlying structure, the missing information, the source of friction, and the capability the organization does not yet have.

My role is often to see the system before it has been fully articulated, make the problem understandable, and define a practical path from the current state to a better one.
