Turning complexity intoorganizational capability.

I work at the intersection of business, operations, and technology to understand difficult problems, remove friction, and design systems that enable better decisions and better outcomes.

01

The technology is rarely the starting point.

The important questions come first. Why does the problem exist? What information is missing? Where is the friction? What capability does the organization need in order to achieve a better outcome?

Technology becomes useful only after the underlying system is understood. My work begins by clarifying the problem, identifying the capability that is missing, and designing a practical path forward.

01

Enterprise Systems

Designing information and operational systems that support scale, improve visibility, and enable better decisions.

02

Organizational Capability

Aligning people, process, information, and technology around clear business outcomes.

03

Complex Problem Solving

Reducing difficult problems to first principles and identifying the simplest system capable of producing the required result.

03

I see the underlying system before I see the application.

For more than three decades, I have worked where business strategy, operations, information, and technology intersect.

My career has included enterprise leadership, operational systems, information management, capital planning, healthcare, and artificial intelligence. The disciplines have changed, but the objective has remained constant: help organizations become more capable.
